Surrogate son one is endangered. Schizophrenia lies to his soul. At eighteen, he chooses care or the street when released today. I told him he must trust the four who love him over and against the voices within. What a crap choice – to believe your own mind or trust others! I have not walked the road he travels, but it must be scary and lonely indeed. Lord, bring Psalm 23 to the boy in full measure! He walks through the valley of the shadow of death and he FEARS evil.
