Newly single after a few months of marriage. This book ended on chapter one. Storybook romance can deceive. Prince Charming brought a load of pain that prevented the union that God intended. Good friends and a great God are the Rx. Friendships thwarted; God waits for the brokenness to do its work.

Africa bound
It would seem unlikely to meet men headed to the same area for the same purpose in the same time window; especially when it is ten thousand miles away. I see it as God working up a plan for us. The spiritual purposes of our trips will converge somehow - I know it!

Panhandle friends
Party at the swamp! Low country boil with lots of shrimp and mud bugs and suds. Chef Bill cooks and writes oyster love poems. Andy flies low, quiet and leaves a boom. John&Ruth host; Juddy visits; Ken fishes. Coach invests in young lives and makes tracks to Tanzania. Ken Phil & Courtney are a UMM AAA team. Reggie plus son and one sauntered into Hunts Oyster Bar one day hungry. They polished off 15 dozen… EACH! Commander Jessica, please annex Hunts and name it O’ Mess Hall.
